卡阴是指有些人被一些阴灵、或鬼魂看上了，并且跟在身边或身上。久了就开始感到身体不适、或遇到许多的事故，不知为何。这些阴灵、鬼魂、甚至邪灵，如果不驱走，日后将会制造更多的问题给于当事者。处理卡阴，也就是请神明把这些无形干扰驱走。通常，在通灵咨询过程中，咨询者如有卡阴现象，办事神尊都会告知或提醒，甚至协助处理卡阴问题。
